BROWN ARTISTS FOR BLACK POWER

June 04, 2020

Are there ways you can actively change yourself to make the world safer for Black, Indigenous, People of Color? It’s a hard look at yourself and the people around you—your circumstances, your privilege, your blessings.

It can’t be done in one day or just on days when death & grieve fill your heart heavy. It’s an ongoing re-education project. It’s a daily action and commitment to do better, it’s not simply a display of shock. the change starts within.

This week I have been spending time researching, reading, listening, and donating. If you need guidance, I am humbly sharing resources below for further education and funding streams to support our Black sisters & brothers.
